Boursin Cheeseburger
It’s starting to warm up a bit. That means grilling extraordinaries will soon be shedding the covers from their backyard centerpieces and the spring air will soon waft with waves of charred beef and singed eyebrows. Well, before going back to the old standby of frozen beef patties on a white bun, give this a try: Boursin Cheeseburger.
Cheeseburgers are fantastic in their own right, but I couldn’t be more happy with this latest evolution in the world of hand-molded ground beef. Boursin Cheese adds delectable creamy delight to your juicy burger. The soft, white goo inevitably slides out the back of the bun and into the crevices between your fingers. Before you know it, you’ve become oddly intimate with your hands and you just don’t care. It’s too good to waste on a napkin.
So sauté some onions in butter, add your lettuce and tomato, and liberally spread some Boursin cheese on your next burger and revel in in the goodness that is the grilling season.
